Kinma Valley Display Village Opening This February
Kinma Valley is set to welcome the community as the Kinma Valley Display Village officially opens, with 34 display homes to explore. If you’re buying your first home, planning your next build, or simply looking for fresh ideas, it’s a great chance to walk through a wide range of designs and see the latest layouts, finishes and trends in person.
Hudson Homes will be there on Saturday 7th February from 10:00am to 1:00pm at Morinda Circuit, Kinma Valley. Visitor parking will be available on Redberry Crescent, accessed via Oakey Flat Road and Bunya Pine Avenue.
Stockland is making it a fun morning out for the whole family, with free coffee for the first 300 visitors, plus kids face painting and hands-on “Build Your Dream Home” craft sessions. Builder pop ups will be spread throughout the village too, so you can explore different home designs, spot the latest trends, and chat directly with the experts. There’ll also be a competition running on the day, with the chance to win $1,000.
We’re proud to be showcasing two Hudson Homes displays at Kinma Valley. Olive 23 is a four bedroom, two bathroom, two car home featuring our H1 Smart Inclusion with a Coastal Facade, designed with everyday family living in mind. Carolina 29 is a larger six bedroom, three bathroom, two car home with our H2 Designer Inclusion and Vista Facade, offering plenty of space and flexibility for bigger families or anyone who wants room to grow.
If you’re visiting on 7 February, make sure you stop by and say hello. We’ll have a few Hudson Homes extras to make the morning even better, including a spin wheel with vouchers and prizes, free popcorn, a kids colouring corner, and Hudson Homes air fresheners and lollies.
We’d love to meet you, answer your questions, and show you through Olive 23 and Carolina 29. See you there!
